  1. Provide FAQ's
  2. Determine what initial feedback we'd like and provide mechanism for getting it
  3. Find trial users in all categories to pre-test the site
Plan steps:

  1. Build outline for FAQ's and start to populate from available info (emails, etc.)  There should be at least two major categories: questions related to trails and the trail conference, and questions related to the operation of the Web site.

    • Add 2 or more FAQ's every week
  2. Design feedback approach and set plan to implement it.

  3. Establish checklist for trial users to use when pre-testing the site.
