- Determine what initial feedback we'd like and provide mechanism for getting it
- Find trial users in all categories to pre-test the site
- Build outline for FAQ's and start to populate from available info (emails, etc.) There should be at least two major categories: questions related to trails and the trail conference, and questions related to the operation of the Web site.
