3. Meeting feature
This is our first meeting for 2003; attached to this announcement is the updated list of projects and priorities for the year as established at the last meeting of last year. We will review the list and the priorities, and get started on project implementation. One of the items we agreed to discuss in detail at this meeting (from the last meeting) is a plan to finally complete the management plan 5-year update.

Information, Comments, Announcements, & Notes

1. All Committee members, please attend this meeting; or please call the Chairman (Ron Rosen: 845/454-4936 or 454-1721 (leave a message if not in) if you CANNOT attend. If the weather is in doubt for March 17, contact Ron Rosen before 6PM on that date to get a final go/no-go decision. We were unable to get the Library for the weather date; Mike Arthur has volunteered his house for the 19th if we need to invoke the weather date.


DIRECTIONS to Mike Arthur's house, 300 Old All Angels Road in Wappingers Falls: (we'll start near the EF Library site for those not familiar with the area) from the intersection of Route 82 and 376 in the center of Hopewell Junction, travel SOUTH on Route 82 about 1.6 miles in all (you will pass a light at County Route 31—Palen Road, and another at Lake Walton road), then take RIGHT onto County Route 28 (Old Hopewell Road), go about a mile and turn RIGHT—northbound—onto County Route 94 (this is All Angels Road). Shortly you will come to the Chinese Christian Church on your left, and turn LEFT immediately after the church (avoid their parking lot, but Mike's house is the first driveway on the left right after the parking lot). For those coming from Poughkeepsie or the north, take All Angels Road from the Dutchess County Airport, when you pass Alpert Road on your right, immediately turn on your right turn signal and take the next RIGHT (again avoiding the church parking lot). If you have trouble, Mike's phone number is 297-2690, pager 488-2600..

2. Reminder to SUPERVISORS: The 2002 Corridor Monitoring reports were due to the supervisors by December 1st, and Supervisors' reports were due to the Chair by February 15th, 2003.. If you have not submitted your reports to the chair yet, please bring them to this meeting!
