Project Description:The Catskills Trail Crew will be working to clear and improve trails in the Hodge and Frick Pond area. These trails are being adopted by the Trail Conference. We will be working on the Quick Lake Trail, the Flynn Trail, and the Loggers Loop Trail, among others in the area to tackle blowdown, clear back brush and to improve trail drainage in wet areas. Bring work gloves, water, lunch, a pair of loppers and friends; we will provide the tools and training. Beginners are welcome. This work trip will also be part of the Trail University program - Introduction to Trail Maintenance. Please contact the leader if you would like to attend so we can maintain a headcount for work that day.
