Dear Prospective Respondent,
You are invited to submit a proposal for the above subject to the New York – New Jersey Trail Conference (NYNJTC). The details of our request are contained in the attached Request for Proposal and additional attachments.
For your convenience the main events in the timeline are detailed below:
1/22/2016 - Notify NYNJTC of intention to bid
1/22/2016 - Questions submission deadline
2/9/2016 5:00pm ET - RFP response submission due
2/23/2016 - Finalist interviews completed
3/8/2016 - Finalist award and notifications
3/15/2016 Contract signed
The proposals must be submitted using the attached RFP Response format.
The Trail Conference is a Mahwah, NJ based regional nonprofit that maintains 2,100 miles of hiking trails across southern New York and northern New Jersey. Founded in 1920, the Trail Conference has achieved standing as an expert developing, building, and maintaining hiking trails, protecting hiking trail lands through support and advocacy, and educating the public in the responsible use of trails and the natural environment.
