Belleayre Viewshed Hikers Needed for One Day
The Trail Conference plans a one-day, "boots on the trails" Belleyare viewshed analysis the first week of January. The info we collect will be included in our comments on the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement that must be done for the proposed Belleayre resort. Scoping comments are due by January 14. Challenge Grant Helps Launch Community Trails Program
A $100,000 challenge grant to the Trail Conference from Dr. Lucy R. Waletzky has been matched in the amount of $30,000 by the Westchester Community foundation to help fund improved public access to Westchester County open space . . . Read more here.
