Protect the Palisades in Trenton, Thursday June 5
Posted June 4th, 2014 by Georgette Weir
Thursday, June 5, 2014 - 10:00am
We really need you and your friends and colleagues in Trenton this Thursday, June 5. Can you sign up to join us today and send this out to your own mailing list too?
The State Senate is considering S-2025, which would prohibit development over 35 feet near the Palisades - and end LG's attempt to spoil the cliffs. We absolutely need to show our support for this great bill. Whether you speak or not, we need you there.
We've heard the opposition will be out in force, so please make every effort to attend. It's crucial. If you haven't already told us you're coming to Trenton on Thursday, sign up here right now. (Note: Aim to arrive by 10 a.m. when the meeting starts; the hearing starts later but we need to fill the room early.)
If you need a ride, tell us when you sign up. (If you have space in your vehicle, write me directly.) And see below for travel information if you're coming on your own, including the address for the hearing.
See you there!
