Snowshoe Hike at Minnewaska
Posted November 27th, 2013 by Sona Mason
Sunday, January 19, 2014 - 9:30am - 3:00pm
Join us for an exhilarating hike in the crisp winter air to the lovely Minnewaska State Park Preserve. We will explore the lovely Mossy Glen Trail to see the lovely Blueberry Run footbridge built with the help of New York New Jersey Trail Conference volunteers.
A limited number of snowshoes are available on loan to registrants, so space is limited to early sign-ups. In case the snow on the ground is insufficient for snowshoes, please bring snowboots, or waterproof winter hiking boots. High heels are inadvisable.
Dress for the weather, bring lunch and water or a hot beverage. Hiking poles may also be useful.
Registration is mandatory: Please sign up below or email [email protected], or call (201) 512-9348 x16
