You are warmly invited to join us for a private ceremony accepting an extraordinary gift of hope and healing.

The Lummi Indians of the Pacific Northwest are sending a delegation 3,000 miles across America with a beautiful Healing Totem Pole dedicated to the children and families searching for strength and healing in the aftermath of the September 11th attack.

The Totem Pole will also be blessed along the path of its journey by representatives of many other tribes across the continent on its way to New York. It will be placed near the site where bereavement and healing programs are being held.

More info about this Totem Pole appeared in this week's USA Today: http://www.usatoday.com/usatonline/20020820/4374061s.htm
