| The continuation of the DEIS public hearing for
Sterling Forge Estates has been scheduled to take place on Monday,
January 28 starting at 7:00 pm in the Tuxedo Town Hall. All those who
already signed up to speak will get their turn first and anyone who
hasn't signed up may do so that night. The town board would like to
close the hearing that night if they can get through all the speakers
who are signed up, which is likely. If they do close it, written
testimony will be accepted up to 10 days after the hearing is closed.
