Committee Amendments to S1/A2635

Attached please find proposed amendments for Senate Bill No.1/Assembly Bill No.2635 for discussion at the April 22^nd meeting of the Senate Environment Committee and the Assembly Environment and Solid Waste Committee.  Contrary to some news reports, the meeting has not been cancelled.  Please note that the document is approximately 80 pages in length. Printed copies of the attached document will be available at tomorrow's committee meeting.

Please note that the sponsors of the legislation will be considering further amendments, which are not addressed in the attached document, concerning the following issues:

• grandfathering provisions
• agricultural exemptions
• impervious surfaces
• dedicated funding
