On November 6, 2007, New Jersey voters will be asked to approve the Green Acres, Farmland, Blue Acres and Historic Preservation Bond Act of 2007. By authorizing the state to issue $200 million in bonds, the Act would provide much-needed funds to keep the state's open space, farmland and historic preservation programs afloat for one more year.
You can decide the future of our state’s preservation efforts by voting yes on November 6th and spreading the word about public question #3. We need your help to preserve New Jersey's parks, natural areas, clean water, farmland and historic treasures.

Volunteers are needed to support the campaign with activities including: delivering GSPT fliers to outdoor/recreation stores and other local information centers in northern New Jersey, assisting with mailing to TC members, working with local municipalities to pass resolutions supporting the GSPT bond measure and helping to set up press conferences to highlight the importance of the GSPT bond measure.
If you would like to volunteer directly with the Trail Conference to assist with the Garden State Preservation Trust Fund campaign, please contact Brenda Holzinger, Assistant Director of Conservation & Advocacy, if you would like to help! holzinger@nynjtc.org or 201-512-9348 x 25.
