Bottle Bill Lobby Day in Albany

Governor Spitzer has once again proposed including the Bigger Better Bottle Bill (BBBB) in the state budget. The BBBB would make our communities cleaner, increase recycling, and generate upwards of $100 million a year in new revenue for the State Environmental Protection Fund.

The lobby day is scheduled for Tuesday, February 26th. morning program will begin at 10 a.m. and the lobby visits will take place between 12:30 and 4 p.m. The keynote speaker is Lieutenant Governor David Paterson, who will be speaking at 10:30 a.m.
