Need to document who covers for what when people are away and what to do. (e.g. Amazon orders when Gary on vacation) -- Discuss with Josh.
For future - work session with Josh et al to go over back office processing capabilities of Ubercart (AFTER we fix the role/expiration date issues).

* Technology (Walt)

-- Backup plan - not heard from anybody re server readiness
-- Drupal 6
-- Store issues

* Ubercart membership process - Ann to draft email to Alonza requesting another phone call.
* Some questions re back office processing (Ann) -- take up later.

* Content (Georgette)

-- (almost) all the hikes are up. Recover some of the old pojo HOTW from old site. Can find them at [Walt to provide link. -- DONE]
-- recruit people to do hikes a la Daniel - especially north of Harriman. Work with Ken and Phil to flesh out possibilities.
-- oversized photo ... something has changed. When load pictures, resizing is wrong. Need to figure out what's wrong (Walt to investigate. -- FIXED)

* Google Analytics (Doug)

-- New volunteer - have Doug contact her re helping with GA or social networking.
