CHANGE OF LOCATION For the

NY-NJ Trail Conference Delegates’ Meeting - June 22, 2000

We will meet at the Alpine (NJ) Boat Basin pavilion, about 6 miles north of Ft. Lee and the GW Bridge.

The social hour begins at 6 PM, and the Business meeting begins at 7 PM. Dr. Joan Ehrenfeld, Professor of Ecology at Rutgers University, will speak on "Exotic Species: Ecological Issues for Hikers".

The pavilion at the Boat Basin is an open-air, roofed pavilion; seating is provided at picnic tables.

Directions to the Alpine Boat Basin:

Take the Palisades Interstate Parkway to Exit 2. Follow the exit ramp to the signs for the Palisades Interstate Park Commission New Jersey Headquarters. Drive past the Headquarters building, descending on the road towards the river. At the traffic circle, follow signs to head northward to the Alpine Boat Basin. Park at the far end of the parking lot, and walk north past the historic house to the fieldstone pavilion.
