The bridge over Popolopen Creek has finally been replaced and the Timp Torn Trail is now open again for its full length.
The Shawangunk Ridge Trail, section G1 (High Point to Route 6) has been relocated onto newly purchased lands and off of the previous road walk. See trail relocation page. Storm King Park (all trails, Stillman, Howell, etc.) will be closed on Mon.-Thurs. and open Fri.-Sun. from July 1 to about November 30 to continue the process of removing of ordnance.
