KINGSTON — The proposed Catskill Mountain Rail Trail would bring to Ulster County $3.1 million in new sales, 44 new jobs, nearly 140,000 trail-users a year and $111,844 in yearly tax revenue, according to a study commissioned by the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference.
