UPDATE: Apshawa Fence compels zoning examination

The Apshawa Volunteer Fire Company has refused to provide forest fire fighting services in Apshawa Preserve's new 300-acre enclosure for safety reasons. Still, the township may have a way to combat the fence, which, according to West Milford's Planning Board attorney, violates the local zoning ordinance.
