Many of the opportunities to participate with your fellow hikers are anchored off this page. Get involved! Full involvement involves at least registering for the site. Registered users can post to the forum and add comments about hikes and, when available, will be able to rate hikes. Paid Trail Conference Members are also Registered users, but get a 25% discount on purchases and other benefits. Active volunteers are those who help us fulfill our mission of running the organization, building/maintaining trails, etc. Mostly they get the satisfaction of a job well done, but we do recognize their contributions, in print, with awards, etc. They can see additional information via the My Groups link.
