DESCRIPTION: 

The Trail Conference receives and creates a wide variety of contracts ranging from hiring contractors and service providers to work-for-hire and trail building proposals. The Trail Conference is looking for a lawyer who can provide pro bono services to help write and review these contracts and advise the organization on some best practises to protect itself.

NECESSARY SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • A minimum of 5-years of legal experience in the relevant area(s) of law.
