Invasives Strike Force Volunteer

Position Details:
Invasives Strike Force Volunteer

Last year more than 100 volunteers surveyed over 210 miles of trail for invasive plants!

Do you care about the unique beauty of the place where you live? Do you value the habitat and welfare of wildlife? Is nature your hobby, whether through boating, birding, or butterflies?

Invasive plants are aggressively-spreading plants that are not native to the ecosystem in question and in fact cause harm to that ecosystem. Invasive plants harm forests and farms, flora and fauna, parks, waterways, and lawns.

But, it's not too late to do something.
