Does member get an email with opportunity to opt-in or out of various services?  How automated is this process?   Involve staff in discussion -- perhaps at 11/17 or 12/1 status meeting. Phase 1 has been done (and redone). Users must opt-out if they do not want eWalker. Need general solution in Phase 2 for the palette of things users can sign up for.
