Generate the right dropdown menu items instead of the placeholders currently there. There needs to be work done on specifying the wire frame more completely in several areas as Walt has posted several emails containing subjects for which there is no convenient place to link from. One ground rule is that the dropdowns may not be the only link to some page. It needs to have normal link somewhere as well.
