Join us a for scenic hike through the Franklin Lakes Nature Preserve, around Upper Lake and over the Island Bridges. Hike leaders Dina Robinson, Franklin Lakes Community Director and Don Weise, author-guide-director at the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference will take you on a moderately paced hike of approximately 2 miles.
Those seeking a faster pace and more challenging experience will have a 5-mile hike option including the trails of High Mountain Park Preserve. Dress in wicking layers, wear proper footwear, and bring water and a snack in a small backpack.
Children age 8 and older are welcome and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
