Habitat Helpers - Native Landscaping Workday

Come help us plant native trees at Worthington State Forest! Sign up here.

Join volunteers from First Engery/JCP&P's Green Team to help replace trees that have been lost to Emerald Ash Borer in Worthington State Forest.  We'll be planting 320 small trees of various native species.

Bring work gloves and your favorite hole digging tool and dress for the weather.

Please sign-up so we know how many people to expect and we can let you know of any changes of plans due to weather.

Please also familiarize yourself with our COVID-19 Group Volunteering Protocols and be prepared to follow them on the trail. For full protocols, follow this link.

For volunteers under age 18, please submit a Guardian Consent form to [email protected] prior to the volunteer day or bring the paper form the day of. A parent or guardian must be present for the volunteer day.
