Ever wonder how trails are built? If you aren’t afraid to get a little dirty, this hands-on look at how great trails are made is for you!
Join our Morris County Trail Crew to get a taste of what trail building's all about.
Volunteers will assist the Morris County Crew in re-routing a section of the green trail to improve drainage and make it more suitable for multiple user groups. Work may involve clipping or sawing vegetation, raking, trail surface excavation with hand tools, and re-naturalization of the old route.
Connect with nature, meet great people, and make a difference. No experience is necessary!
