Registration is closed for this event
Rescheduled for rain date: Sunday, March 13 When it comes to self-care and wellness, getting natural sunlight is critically important to one’s mental health. Little to no natural light exposure can impact our mood and alter our mental state.

Join the Trail Conference and our friends at Merrell we dedicate the last day before the daylight’s savings changeover to getting outside and getting that morning sunlight to start your day off right. We hope this event is the start of a new outdoors routine that will positively affect your sleep, bodily health, and outlook on life!

During the hike, demo a few of Merrell best hiking boots - everything you need to move quickly in the mountains. Take them on a test drive while you hike - will be available in women's and men's.

At the conclusion of the hike, there will a raffle where one lucky winner will receive a $150 Merrell E-Gift Card

This 2.5-mile moderate hike, starting and ending at the Trail Conference Headquarters, will explore trail improvements made at Ramapo Valley County Reservation, including improved access to a scenic waterfall.

Please note that there is a Sassquad Trail Running Race being held on the same day of our hike. We will meet at the historic entrance of the Trail Conference Headquarters. Parking will be available at Ramapo Valley Reservation; you will have to walk from that parking lot to the HQ. There will be a lot of activity, so please leave yourself time to get to the starting location. Merrell demo shoes will be set up at our meeting point.
