Catskills Trail Crew Worktrip at Indian Head

Join the Catskills Trail Crew for some fun in the mud on the Long Path at the base of Indian Head!

The Catskills Trail Crew is back in action! This fall the crew will be working on fixing mudholes and areas of poor drainage on the Long Path at the base of Indian Head. The work days will be 9/17, 9/18, 9/24, 10/7, 10/9, and 10/16.

We'll supply all tools and send you more info about preparing for the event after signing up. You'll need sturdy hiking boots for working in the mud, lunch/snack, drinks for yourself, eye protection and gloves, and your enthusiasm and a willingness to get dirty while moving rocks and dirt.

Anyone is welcome to join as long as you can meet the physical demands of the planned work.All are welcome-- join for one day, part of a day, or all days!

Location: All work days will be meeting at DEC parking lot at Platte Clove Rd in Tannersville, NY.

When: All work days will be 9:00AM to 4:00PM on 9/17, 9/18, 9/24, 10/2, 10/8, 10/9, and 10/16.

No experience necessary.
