Be a Trail Builder for the Day

  Like Breakneck Ridge? Help us make the trails even better! We’re looking for adventure-seekers who aren’t afraid to get a little dirty, enjoy being outdoors, and want to give back.  The Trail Conference is hosting 5 Trail Love Weekends at Breakneck Ridge through Oct. 1. We’re working hard to improve these trails, but we need your help.   Give a few hours of your time, and you’ll get: A friendly welcome from our Taconic Crew right at the Breakneck Ridge stop on Metro North. No car needed! All the skills you need to help improve trails, taught by our awesome trail professionals. If you plan on attending both days, you’ll need to sign up for each day.  Hike. Camp. Give Back. Want to make a weekend out of it? Everyone participating in a Trail Love Weekend at Breakneck Ridge is invited to stay at the Welch Trail Education Center, our camp in Harriman State Park, before and/or after each event. You need your own transportation, and must give us notice when you sign up that you’d like to stay over. Come work, play, and camp with us!
