Catskill Conservation Corps - Escarpment Trail Blowdown Sweep

Whether you're an experienced maintainer or new on the trails, join us in cleaning up possible winter storm damage on the Escarpment Trail in the Catskills to ensure the trails stay clear and passable for the enjoyment of all trail lovers!

Come help us clear possible winter storm damage in the beautiful Catskill Region - on the Escarpment trail between Scutt Rd Trailhead and Northpoint.

We will be returning to Scutt Rd Trailhead Via Rock Shelter Trail. The plan may be altered depending on the amount of work and the time available.

Loppers and hand saws will be provided but volunteers are welcome to bring their own hand tools appropriate for the task. Appropriate closed-toed shoes and long pants required. Total Expected Distance covered 7.25 Miles.
