Stony Brook Footbridge is still out
Hiked the trail on Sunday, 3/22/20 - what else is there to do during this virus lockdown. Nice easy/moderate trail until Stony Brook. The footbridge still hasn't been replaced and there really isn't a place to cross safely either upstream or downstream. Had to reverse course and walk on Seven Lakes Drive back to where we parked car on Johnsontown Road (about 2.5 miles). Would love to volunteer to help rebuild some new crossing.

Thanks for the update!
Thanks for the update!  Maybe someone soon will take care of it.  Any other suggested hikes in lieu of this one that may be similar?

Kakiat Trail bridge is still out
The bridge that carries the Kakiat Trail over Stony Brook has not yet been replaced.  Nearly two years ago, the Park promised to replace it, but no work has yet been done on this bridge.
