With all the warm weather, I can't help but organize a day out on the Long Path. Come on out and give us a hand! I realize some of you may be out skiing (not around here) but for those of you who are around and free, we'll work on rehabilitating the steps leading from Piermont up to Tallman State Park. You'll gain the exciting experience of working with a different type of stone - the Palisades' igneous diabase, rather than Harriman's granite and gneiss. ***Please let me know if you can join us, and bring work gloves, water and lunch. You will also need to fill out a Volunteer Service Agreement.
