The Conflict of Interest policy applies to Board members, key staff and key volunteers approved as Board committee members.

2018 Review

The Governance Committee and Board legal counsel reviewed the policy and determined that the version approved by the Board on 12/07/2014 remains valid. However the form used to establish the annual conflict of interest statements required revisions to reflect the scope of the policy. The Governance Committee developed a new form that was approved by the Board on 5/8/2018. 

Next review is due in 2021.
