Good feedback from BOD on new site.
We need to focus on capturing site procedures in online guides
Issue of what to do about maps -- free downloadable versions.
Store has component for downloadable maps. (Phase 2 item?)

* Content (Georgette)

Susan Hall doing HOTW data base.
Weekly changes on the front page.
Good calendar tool would be nice to have. (Walt will do after store is solved.)
Phil to help with adding items to calendar. Others could add also -- need permission to create event. Need to document process in user guide. (Walt to set up permissions to allow people who edit parks also edit hikes and vice versa.)
Advertise for volunteers -- for content as well as for tech help with Drupal and themeing. Also ad for East Hudson trail crew,
Trail crews pages have been moved. (Walt created new group.)

* Technology (Walt)

Join/Renew - what is issue with link not working as we desire? Walt will restart server to see if it helps.
Set up group for Trails council -- will populate enough to demo on Thurs at trails council meeting.
Added responder field to Feedback form -- will also add field to capture response action.

Yet another image module handles things uniformly. (Asset) Walt needs to try on test machine before moving onto live site.
Do we need central directory of assets? (Volunteer handbook,etc.) upload puts stuff in /files ...

Doug / Georgette need help uploading flash files. Walt will do it for now (ftp) until we cut over to Asset.
