Conservation Dog

Dia is an American Field Labrador from Wisconsin. Starting her career in 2018, she is a founding member of our Conservation Dogs Program.  She first learned how to detect Scotch broom and quickly thereafter learned how to detect the invasive grass slender false brome, and the insect pest spotted lanternfly.  She is known for her happy and gentle demeanor and her unbridled enthusiasm for her ball! In her free time, Dia likes to go for runs with her brothers, and beg for a game of fetch.
