The Trail Conference seeks your partnership in celebrating 100 years of dedicated service to our region’s parks and trails. We invite you to join our loyal members, major donors, and corporate supporters and be a part of our Centennial Gala on Saturday, October 16, at Bear Mountain Inn in Tomkins Cove, N.Y.

EXPOSURE: The Trail Conference will publicize our gala on our popular website and social media platforms (40,000 followers), postcards, e-Blasts to our 35,000 subscribers, and event signage at our Headquarters. The IRS has designated the Trail Conference as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 22-6042838).

ABOUT THE GALA: The Trail Conference has been creating safe, enjoyable access to nature since 1920. It's thanks to the incredible generosity of Trail Conference volunteers and advocates that here, in the most densely populated area of the country, we are able to experience such a wealth of outdoor opportunities.

HONORING: To mark this milestone, we will be honoring Dr. Lucy Rockefeller Waletzky—philanthropist, environmentalist, and longtime Trail Conference champion. Lucy’s advocacy work and passion to protect the outdoors has created a lasting impact throughout this region for generations to come.

We invite you to enjoy our program plus live entertainment, a three-course meal, and local drinks. Following all New York State health guidelines and protocols, we expect 200 guests in attendance.
