Diamond Notch Lean-to in the Catskills Repaired in June 2010 by Volunteers from the Catskill 3500 Club

Thanks to so many wonderful volunteers, a brand new John Robb lean-to was built in 2009.

This year, we rehabilitated the Diamond Notch lean-to, which was in desperate need of a new roof and floor, among other improvements. The executive committee of the 3500 Club generously agreed to fund the project. Thanks to Doug Senterman, Lean-to Supervisor for the Trail Conference, the DEC approvals put in place for the work, which occurred June 26 & 27, 2010.
