Garrett Mtn. Reservation
This is a typical urban park. Hiked a circular on the yellow and white trails starting and ending at the tower. The trails were well marked and easy to follow, there was lots of broken glass and garbage around, there were terrific views of urban landscape, NYC, Patterson, and I-80. There was shooting from the target range in the morning, in the afternoon, the shooting stopped and it was quiet. Lots of people around, the walk around the lake where I also had lunch was nice and peaceful.
