Park Overview
Activities are scheduled throughout the year designed for visitors to experience rural life in Monmouth County as it was in the 1890s. Plenty of opportunities for easy to moderate hikes as well.
Trail Overview
The park has just short of ten miles of trails, including a boardwalk over a marsh and a fitness trail. A paved trail in the vicinity of Longstreet Farm is handicapped accessible. The trails in the northern end of the park can be most easily accessed from Parking Lots #2 and #3 and may be combined to form loop hikes of varying lengths. Several trails in the Ramanessin Section, in the southern portion of the park across Roberts Road, are multi-use, open to hikers, bikers and equestrians.
