We are looking for a handy person/couple with great communication skills to live at the Welch Trail Education Center full time April 1 through October 30 who will greet, orient, and serve as a point of contact to users of the camp while ensuring adherence to agreed upon house rules. The ideal camp host would perform simple maintenance tasks and inform the Trail Conference of larger maintenance concerns. The time commitment is approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility regarding the arrival and departure of volunteer groups and personal vacations.

The Welch Trail Education Center consists of a large dining hall, nine cabins, a shower house, and tent platforms, which are utilized by Trail Conference AmeriCorps Members and volunteers. The Caretaker cabin is their own private, small two bedroom, one bath cabin. This is currently a Volunteer position. No pets please.
