The Bear Claw Crew is looking for a few people to help on a large weekend project.  We will be building a railroad tie check step staircase at the trail head of the Shuber Trail which is heavily eroded. This will consist of approximately 20-25 check step structures.  We need skilled and unskilled volunteers for a number of tasks, digging, cutting rebar, cutting timber ties, hammering, getting gravel, moving supplies, reshaping the trail, securing steps, filling platforms, closing offshoot trails and a lot more.

Skills: No experience required.  If you have carpentry, landscaping or general construction experience please note that in your rvsp.
