Come out and work alongside our Catskills TrailCrew and SCA Interns sponsored by Greene County Soil and Water as we work to give the Platte Clove Preserve owned by the Catskill Center a face lift and to make a more inviting trail experience.
Some of the work will include:
Installing a new kiosk
Staing the KingPost bridge that carries the Long Path
Major Drainage Work
Staining Devil's Kitchen Leanto and relocating the Outhouse
and much more!
We will meet at Platte Clove Preserve at 8am to start working and will get as much completed in one day as we can.
If interested in helping out please email us [email protected] - due to the useage limits of the Forest Preserve there are very limited number of spaces for people to join. We are looking for leaders for the varrious projects and if interested please email us at [email protected]
