• Reports needed to streamline order processing. Eliminate repetition. (Total sales and dollar amount for ea item sold on a given day.) (Ann suggests waiting for Drupal 6.)
• Mail in credit card - can we submit on Web? Josh to play with it on the Web and see what happens.
• A2hosting renewal - Josh to handle.
• Walt to give Josh updated passwords before he heads to Bhutan. (DONE)

• Doug suggests we replace Top Ten fall hikes on home page ... use places to hike in Hunting season / places for snowshoes and X-C skis..
• Doug to try to generate report of fall hikes experience.
• Ed's note re GA billing?
• Doug needs list of what he owes us:
- Narrower images for panel pages - Doug to provide to Walt
- Health & Safety ... &. Shows in search
• Event tracking feature in AdWords (can track activity) Outgoing links, downloads, incoming emails can be tracked. 79 office, 69 info, etc.
• Improve some ads to be more like Campmor ad (Ramsey Outdoor, Hudson Museum)
• Working with volunteers ... Tina Nixon, new guy for Google analytics maven role ; Georgette notes that Ed would like reports - perhaps we can assign someone to do (monthly) reports for us? (Discuss in separate call perhaps) ... Ann to set up conference call to discuss roles some time this month.
• Under benchmarking - can compare TC site with other sites of similar size. 50K visits a month for niche market.
• Photo gallery - content issue ... Walt needs to pick a package to use. (Base on Drupal 6)
• How to aggregate video assets on the Web. Let's discuss what to do. Walt to send Doug URLs for videos we have. (DONE) Other user generated content.
