Fraudulent charge on Web from Credit card company - fyi.
Decrease in volume of orders last week.
Audit wrapped up last week. Some good suggestions from auditors on improving process.
Re meeting re Tech Committee objectives - set up with Ed, Josh, Ann, Walt in Jan.

Links color change? Try out choice #3

Changes to page title for GA. Trying to improve ranking re New York hiking ... Doug to start targeting AdWords. Traffic has declined - how to boost winter traffic? Snowshoeing or X-C hikes.
Check out Walt's new page links - should help traffic a lot.
Google real time searching - means postings we do show up quicker. Twitter: keyword phrase usage important. "Help support trails you enjoy", etc.

* Content (Georgette)

1. Parks update status - use "cluster" for groups of parks. New radio button to select which type of description it is - park or cluster.
2. Rework of Advocacy area of site - had two content types (advocacy and issues) - Walt made a combined content type. Eliminated advocacy content type. News items included in issues.
3. Make it clearer where directions to TC office are.
4. Have to sort out calendar stuff before going to Drupal 6. Events (using events module) need to be converted ... Walt to explain what needs to be done.

Walt to do white paper for getting current site ready for Drupal 6 and then moving to 6. (by Jan.)
