Office Status

Re D6

Josh: Waiting for word from Walt, Kipp + to test back end. Everything else is running status quo. Big piece of puzzle is to have D6 upgrade to a point to test with a decent assurance that we are testing close to a live version. Waiting for a couple of pieces to get finished and Walt to give a green light--then folks will start testing store and other.

Walt: Kipp is working but still missing piece from Kevin about what membership page should look like.

Josh: Doug was copied on note about need for design.

Walt: Need to follow up with Doug.

Walt: Working on various problems. Only hangouts will be themed Donate and Membership pages. Checkout page has issues; currently no themiing that changes it from 'vanilla'. Walt: Josh has got staff working on some of the pages, because it will be a long time before things are 'perfect.'

Josh: To have staff find things that are known to be broken is counterproductive and there is no time for multple passes.

Walt: Should not spend large amount of time probing, but take a quick look at their main specific area to see if there is something obviously broken. Should look at checkout page and see the items that appear there or if there are things missing, things that should go away.

Josh: No one available to review checkout page until September due to vacation. It will become a priority then.

Google Analytics & Theming

No report

Social Networking

Walt: FaceBook plans big changes. We'll wait and see if action is needed.

Content

No new news

Walt: Fleshing out of alternate regional descriptions (trail chairs regions) is needed but is not a top priority.
