On Friday, April 15 from 6:30-8:00 pm, join Edward Goodell, executive director of the Trail Conference, at a reception honoring Winton Porter, author of Just Passin’ Thru, at Paragon Sports.
In Just Passin' Thru, Porter tells the story of Georgia's historic Mountain Crossings trading post and sketches some the remarkable souls who have passed through it over the years.
On Friday, there will be wine, snacks, and plenty of great stories from the Appalachian Trail and beyond.
