To help maintain pages going forward, we need to establish ownership.
The team decided the author field in hikes, parks, regions, and other pages would be used for this purpose going forward. The person (or role) named there is the person responsible for the integrity of the page and the accuracy of its content.
Where a block or view or other Drupal entity is included, it may be necessary to contact someone else to update that entity -- we will attempt to establish a mechanism for tracking ownership there as well, but it is not in place at the moment (The default action is to tell Walt if something is not right.)
