Storm King State Park - Crossover Trail adopted

Larry Braun noted that a red-blazed Crossover Trail has been built between the Stillman Spring Trail and the Howell Trail in Storm King State Park to permit hikers to make a loop hike using these trails without entering Area B, which remains closed. He stated that the trail was built as an emergency measure, due to the closure of Area B, but that it is a well-designed trail that may remain permanently. It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that this trail be accepted by the Trails Council for as long as PIPC allows it to remain.
