Blog Policy

At web meeting today with Josh, Georgette and Walt, we decided to not make blogs available to anyone. Only people with a role of blogger can blog. The blogs will be restricted to "official" business. So there will be a general TC blog, with GW as the blogger and a Darlington School House blog with Josh as the blogger. In addition we will entertain proposals from others, such as the Program Coordinators or book authors. 

I have changed the permissions so that only those with the admin or blogger role can blog. I have removed all the random blogs except a few which we might want to retain. There is a beginning of a webmaster blog, a couple of entries by GV and one by George Petty (author).
