Needs analysis for CRM

CRM   What we collect can be used to generate information we can use to make decisions. Typical CRMs come with a dashboard, home screen, that you can customize to suit your usage, thus a membership person might see how many new members yesterday, along with a graph of total membership trends. While a trail supervisor might see all the pending problems on his/her trails and new reports from maintainers.

Just because you updated information last week does not mean it is valid today.
