Conservation Corps Program Coordinator
Nancy Krause became the Conservation Corps Assistant in October of 2019. She first joined the Trail Conference staff in March 2018 as an Executive Assistant. Nancy is dedicated to the restoration of the Welch Trail Education Center camp and enjoys organizing and participating in workdays there. Prior to moving to New Jersey, Nancy worked for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and for the National Park Service. She has a B.A. in economics and a M.A. in environmental science. Nancy is a very active volunteer in her community, currently serving on the Shade Tree Commission and her church council. She is an avid cook and outdoors person who is most at home when she is camping.
